Dropify Plaza provides checkout and related technology services to online merchants. Services may include customer verification, address handling, COD controls, Partial COD, payment-gateway integrations, discount rules, analytics and system diagnostics.
2. Merchant responsibility
Merchants remain responsible for the products or services they sell, product accuracy, pricing, taxes, inventory, fulfilment, shipping, customer support, returns, refunds and compliance obligations relating to their business.
3. Customer verification
OTP or equivalent verification methods may be used to help validate customer contact details and secure checkout actions. Verification is not a guarantee of delivery or identity beyond the method used.
4. Payments
Payment processing is performed by third-party payment gateways selected or connected by the merchant. Gateway availability, settlements, chargebacks and refunds remain subject to the provider's systems and terms.
5. Partial COD
Where enabled, Partial COD allows a merchant to collect an online advance and keep the remaining balance payable on delivery. The merchant determines the advance amount and eligibility rules.
6. Acceptable use
Merchants must use Dropify lawfully and must not use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, prohibited or unlawful transactions.
7. Availability
Dropify aims to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party platforms, telecom operators and payment gateways may affect functionality.
